Foundation and idea
"The best service for our customers is personal consulting, independent detection of needs and individual customer care." says Alexander Kunschner, founder of the company. With this service philosophy as guideline he founded Kunschner Kommunikationstechnik in 1997 in Pöcking on the Lake Starnberg. After the entry jointer in building the entry certified company of eletrical engineering, information technology followed after successful exam in 2003.
Kunschner Kommunikationstechnik is a registered trademark and is accompanied by the guideline of the company ”Kunschner is competence“ and the corresponding slogan ”competence creates faith“.
Customer service and goals of the company
The opinion of its customers is very important for Kunschner Kommunikationstechnik to adapt the work to the customers’ needs. By customer feedback and quality management the company constantly works hard to meet requirements and expectations. Service and a confident cooperation are always of high importance. Price transparency and a clear price structure are also included in this of course. More then 2,000 existing customers rely on this. The positive feedback and the continually growing number of customers underline that the guideline and the philosophy are absolutely correct. With premium-service contracts Kunschner Kommunikationstechnik offers its maintenance contracts also as full maintenance and repair contracts.
The European ITC-market (market for information technology and telecommunication) has been subject to constant change in the last few years. Business with hardware suffers by the competition-related decline of prices through always declining profits and the TC and IT software market converge always faster. Both brings advantages to the customer like lower need for a first investment and additional value by new services, functions and solutions. Up to now, true TC software solutions (Back- und Frontend) were only used to a certain extent by Kunschner Kommunikationstechnik. Long-term experience showed that classic and hybrid systems had better stability and quality. But by the grown knowledge and experience the company looks forward to the enormous challenges of new solutions. Due to always growing complexity and by a number of heterogenous solutions Kunschner Kommunikationstechnik will further grow in future by competence and long-term customer service and perform successfully in comparison with its competitors.
